Abstract (EN)

In order to determine effects of different crop load and ethephon doses on some biochemical propertieswith yield and qualityin Erciş grape cultivar, this research was carried out in 2017.Vines with goble training system on their own roots were applied two different crop loads (20 and 30 bunches/vine) by bunches thinning after fruit set. Ethephon applications (0, 100, 500 and 1000 ppm) were applied two times weekly intervals on the 7th and 14th days after verasion by spraying only bunches both crop loads. In Erciş grape variety, the effects of crop load and ethephon applications on syringic and p-coumaric acid with vine yield, bunch width, weight of 100 berries, berry length, berry width, L* and b values were found statistically significant. In both crop load, ethephon doses according to control were caused decrease in vine yield, bunches weight, bunches length, bunches width, berry length, berry width, weight of 100 berry, tartaric acid, malic acid, pH andtitratable aciditybut increase at water-soluble dry matter amount.Low crop load (20 bunches/vine) applicationsadvenced harvest dateby five day according to high crop load (30 bunches/vines) applications.
