A prose from old Anatolian Turkish Menâkib-i İskender [26a/50b](Introduction- text- dictionary- facsimile)

This dissertation is a prosaic sample of Iskendername and involves the translation and text dictionary of Menâkıb-ı İskender. When the between sheets of the work Menâkıb-ı İskender is taken as a basis, an accurate was copied of date and scribal of the work cannot be found. Hence the name, the subject of the work is a broad narrative consisting of the history, stories and epics on Alexander the Great's life, wars he engaged with, conquests. In the Introduction part of this study, comprising of four chapters such as Introduction, Text, Dictionary and Facsimile, the text with transcription of the between sheets 26a/50b took part. In the Dictionary part, the vocabulary of the text was listed in detail and the meanings of words and idioms in the text were given.
