Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine which factors influence the ethical decision-making process of business students. In this regard, personal characteristics, religious orientations, worldviews and demographic characteristics of students are investigated. 512 business students studying at various universities participated in the study. Data obtained by administering a questionnaire were analyzed using statistical techniques such as factor analysis, t-test and regression analysis. As a result of the analyses performed, it is found that there is a relationship between ethical decision making and gender, university studied, work experience and empathic personality characteristics. However, there is no correlation between religious orientation, selfish personality, negative word view of students and ethical decision making.
