Abstract (EN)
From the actual gouvernamental politics of contemporary societies to the internalized cognitive reificaiton within the individuals' behavioral practices, even the latent taken for grantedness like they're some substantial entities in different analitical perspectives of the social sciences' many compartmentalized diciplines, one need to think critically about the concepts of ethnicity, ethnic group and ethnic conflict who generate a web of contextual paradoxes. For articulating the qualification/adverbial attribution of ethnic to the concept of group, one need to determine that ethnicity as a cultural identification process is a tool for social organization and in this context an instrument for political struggle. In this sense, the ethnicity phenomenon must be understand within the same family of integrated forms comprised of similarly constructivist fictional mnemonics like race and nation. Such a situational and processual interpretation would be used for monitoring the paradoxes of the phenomenon ethnic group, without bogging down the socio-mental primordialist and essentialist traps designated as tendency of groupism. Therewith the categorization and naming of society by the political level and the influence of this practices on cultural mental schemata, legal dispositions and socio-political discourse/rhetoric could be used for revealing the variable and paradoxal substance of the concept of ethnic conflict likewise ethnic group. Rwanda's racialisation and ethnicisation processes would be examined as a socio-political and historical construction within the influence of colonialism, and when the main quality/caracteristic of the social disintegration and conflict who reach to genocide would be determined, then the situational nature and the semantic fluctuation of the meaning contents of the concepts like ethnicity and ethnic group will be observed. This meanings and practices of perception, their macro level interactions with the colonial biopolitic gouvernement practices, and their relations with the configuration of the post-colonial Rwanda's power sharing will help to analyze race, etnicity and the ideology of etno-national state building overlap in wich analitic plane. When the role of this kind of similar identification processes be revealed on determining the individuals cognitif perceptions, only then we can structure/constitute a more objective and realistically critical perspective on the post-genocide Rwanda's social reconciliation.
