Effects of qualifications of service benefits on life quality of service fields from home health services unit:İshakoglu Cayeli and Rize state hospital sample

Objectives; Ishakoglu Cayeli and Rize State Hospital this study is designed to determine the accessibility levels of the services of the Health Care Services Unit at home and the effects of service utilization and the quality of life of the service received in a cross-sectional and descriptive research model. In the study, data were collected using two different questionnaire sets. The first set of questionnaires created by Incesu et al. And the other is the EQ-5D quality of life scale developed by the EuroQol group, the Western European Quality of Life Research Group. For the selection of the sample, the method of counting was adopted and it was aimed to reach the whole of the universe. The study was evaluated in SPSS for Windows 16.0 package program. Shapiro-Wilk, Mann Whitney-U and Kruskall Wallis tests were used in the analysis of continuous variables without normal distribution, and Sperman Correlation test was used in determining the relationship between the scales in addition to the descriptive statistical methods in the evaluation process. The results were evaluated in a 95% confidence interval and a significance level of p <0.05. Study; There is a positive relationship between the VAS quality of life score and the fact that the patients are benefited at the highest level of the service provided, the service is easily accessible and there is no significant relationship between the service utilization status and the quality of life scale and 23 hypotheses generated from the working model, 17 were rejected and 6 were rejected.
