Home health care services in Turkey (Sample of Antalya)

Health services only for certain health care facilities and organizations within the scope of today is not performed. People and society to improve the quality of life is aimed to develop a health care system. In addition, each individual's health condition and age of the right of access to health care because of the welfare state requires that the individual is seen that the right organizational structure based. However, managerial come to the forefront in the field of business administration at the same time also made it possible for flexible working conditions. At this point, health care, only to be carried out under specific spatial locations of the institutions has ceased. Several reasons of the health services or old location patient quality of life in terms of ensuring the necessary efficiency and effectiveness of health care increases. In this regard our country in recent years, legislation, administrative structures, human resources and in terms of implementation of restructuring created, with the name of home health services began to be working effectively. In this study, the quality of home care services, within the meaning of the current administrative and application status, problems and positive developments in Antalya are analyzed on the basis of the application being executed.
