Abstract (EN)
In the study; It is aimed to examine the effects of eight weeks of exercise on İnsulin, Heparin, Subfatin And Neuropeptide Y in individuals with different body mass index who do not exercise regularly. 56 women in the 21-25 age group who did not do sports regularly participated in the study voluntarily. Our research group calculated the participants' body mass indexes; It was performed as weak normal, fat and obese, divided into 4 equal groups as 14 people in each group. In our study, step aerobic exercises were applied to the participants for 8 weeks, 4 days a week and 60 minutes a day, along with aerobic exercise runs. Blood samples were taken from all participants before and after completion of exercise programs, in rest and fatigue and after centrifugation; serum samples were studied by ELISA method and insulin, Heparin, Subfatin and Neuropeptide Y values were analyzed. SPSS package program was used in the analysis of the data obtained.After testing the normality of the distribution, Paired Samples t test was used to determine intra-group differentiation, and variance analysis was used to determine the differences between the measurements, and the significance level was accepted as (p <0.05). As a result of the analysis; as a result of the exercise, significant differences were found in İnsulin, Heparin, Subfatin And Neuropeptide Y levels in the weak, normal, fat and obese groups by comparing the pre-test rest and fatigue and the post-test rest and fatigue values (p <0.05). In the intergroup comparison, it was determined that there were significant differences in İnsulin, Heparin, Subfatin and Neuropeptide Y levels in weak, normal, fat and obese groups as a result of exercise exercise (p <0.05). According to the results obtained; It can be said that changes in Neuropeptide Y and Heparin levels may cause food gain and weight gain with exercise, and the change in İnsulin and Subfatin levels may affect the metabolism of fat and support the positive results of exercise.
