Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to compare the effects of different strength trainings on some kinetic and kinematic parameters. In accordance with this purpose, 30 students in the School of Physical Education and Sport Gümüşhane University and competing in combat sports were recruited randomly and these students were divided into three different experimental group (plyometric, resistance, and complex training group). The control group consisted of 10 students in Faculty of Sport Sciences at Düzce University. Squad Jump exercise in 40% loads which is the reflections of participants' weights was applied to participants in both pre- and post-test, and average power, average velocity, average force, average push velocity, average push power, average push force, peak velocity, peak power, and peak force were measured with dynamic measurement system (T-force dynamic measurement system). In data analysis, Kolmogrov-Smirnov normality test, Kruskal Wallis, Mann Whitney-U, and Spearman Correlation tests were used. According to the results, after 8-week plyometric, resistance and complex training programs, significant differences were found between groups in terms of AV, APV, PV, AP ve APP collected in squat jump exercises (p<0.05). This difference stem from the higher values of training groups, resistance (1.40±0.09 m/sn), plyometric (1.37±0.05 m/sn), complex (1.40±0.08 m/sn) in OH than control groups (1.20±0.14 m/sn); in OİH and OG resistance (1.57±0.13 m/sn; 405.2±45.6 W, according to order) and complex (1.56±0.11 m/sn; 402.5±76.2 W, according to order) than control group (1.32±0.2 m/sn; 343.7 ± 63.5 W); in ZH weight (2.61±0.21 m/sn), plymetric (2.58±0.08 m/sn), complex (2.58±0.21 m/sn) than contol (2.28±0.29); in OİG resistance (693.5±119 W) than control group (535.3±124 W). No significant differences were found in terms of other variables (p>0.05). Consequently, three different training procedure enhanced velocity, power and force in just for AV, APV, PV, AP and APP. These differences were between training groups and control group, there were no significant difference among these there training group in terms of developing the parameters.
