Abstract (EN)

This thesis examines the formation of the Ottoman mentality in the historical interval between the Fetret (Interregnum) period and the conquest of Istanbul, with a special focus on History, Politics and Occult Sciences. In the first half of the 15th century, the Ottoman Empire separated itself from the Iranian (Persian) and Egyptian (Arabic) worlds and cultural basin, which were institutionalized in every aspect in the Islamic world, with Turkish, which strongly established itself alongside Arabic and Persian literature. In this historical interval, the literature produced in the context of these three disciplines demonstrates the formation of the Ottoman mentality. Thus, on the one hand, the existing accumulation in the Islamic world was localized and assumed, and on the other hand, a new proposal was made at the same time. This process manifested itself with the concepts of hulasa and zubda, and as a result, the Ottoman Empire transformed and undertook the accumulation that came before it. This world of mind, which was established through past, present and future visions, was built by centering the political existence of the state.
