The control group was not included in any study. Before starting the study, body composition analyzes (body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, fat mass, lean body mass), functionality values, vas, quality of life, balance levels and pain thresholds of the groups were recorded and 8 weeks of aquatic exercise and massage application were recorded. As a result, it was taken and processed again. According to the statistical results of massage and aquatic exercise group; There was no significant difference in the pre-post test values of body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, fat mass, lean body mass within and between groups. Pain threshold tectic point (occiput right, occiput left, trapezius right, trapezius left, supraspinatus right, supraspinatus left, cervical right, cervical left, gluteal right, gluteal left, epicondyle right, epicondyle left, costochondral junction right, costochondral junction left, tracontar right, tracontar left, right knee medial pad, right knee medial pad left) functionality (FIQ) balance, vas, and quality of life measurements were significantly different in both groups. As a result, aquatic and classical massage applied regularly and planned for 8 weeks has positive effects on pain threshold, functionality (FIQ) balance, vas and quality of life levels in fibromyalgia patients, and that aquatic trainings have positive effects on pain threshold, functionality (FIQ) balance compared to classical massage applications. appeared to be more effective on quality of life levels. Aquatic exercise and massage applications can be used instead of medication in the treatment of chronic pain in fibromyalgia disease.
