The comparison of the kinematic and physiological parameters that are given to the small sided games for football, with the U21 Turkey super league matches

CENGİZ SİRKAN Advisor : Assoc.Prof.Dr.ALPER AŞÇI; The Department of Physical Education and Sports Purpose : The purpose of this work is comparing the kinematic and physiological parameters which generated at the small sided games (4v4 and 8v8) and the league matches Material and Method : This study was done with 16 players (age : 19,62 ± 0,80 , height : 177,7 ± 6,9 cm , weight : 71,4 ± 8,02 kg) which are playing for a team at U21 Turkey Super League. The all players on this study have been playing as a licensed football players minimum for 5 years. YoYo ARTS1 TEST was examined to the all players on this study. Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) is determined at the end of the test. After that, the small sided games (4v4 and 8v8) and the league matches were played at the second part of U21 Turkey Super League in 2018-2019 season between the january and the may. The measurements of The Total Running Distance, The Running Distances over 20 km/h, The Running Distances over 24 km/h, The Time Spent Between %80-90 of MHR, The Time Spent Between %90-100 of MHR were taken. Findings : As a result of statistical analysis, in the review between "the small sided games (4v4 and 8v8)" and "the league matches", it is seen that there are significant differences between the "The Total Running Distances", "The Running Distance over 20km/h", "The Running Distance over 24km/h" and "The Time Spent Between %80-90 of MHR, The Time Spent %90-100 of MHR". On the other hand there are similarities between "The Small Sided Games (4v4 and 8v8)" and "The Time Spent Between %80-90 of MHR in The League Matches" in terms of intensity. Results : As a result, there are differences between Small Field Games and Competitions in kinematics and between 90-100% of MKAS.However, between 80-90% of MKAS, similarities were found between Small Field Games and Competitions.
