Genç MÜSİAD members' daily and work-life ideas

The reflections of MÜSİAD, which is accepted as one of the business associations with high influence in Turkey, cannot be ignored. It is worth examining how the members of Genç (Young) MÜSİAD, which is established on the basis of virtue, high morality and trust and has a rising business life vision, apply this vision in their daily lives and business lives. In this context, "Genç MÜSİAD Members' Daily and Work Life Ideas" were searched in their actions and discourses based on the statements of the members participating in this study. Within the scope of the study, a conceptual framework is presented with the concepts of doxa and Bourdieu's field theory. Based on this, the principles that Genç MÜSİAD members adopt in their daily and business life and the path they follow are explained. As a result of this study, the similarities, and differences in the daily and business lives of Genç MÜSİAD members are reached.
