Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is the examination of the job satisfaction and lifelong learning trends of youth leaders in terms of some changes and to examine the relationship between lifelong learning trends and job satisfaction. The working group of the research constitutes 301 volunteer participants from the youth leaders working group in the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and from the youth leaders working in the youth centers of the Ministry in 81 provinces and related to them. In the research, Personal Information Form, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale developed by Baycan (1985) and Lifelong Learning Education Tendancy Scale developed by Erdogan and Arslan (2015) were used as data collection tools. SPSS 22.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were applied as determining statistical methods in the evaluation of the data. 301 data were discussed, but after the extreme values were obtained, the data were analyzed with 295 participants. According to the research findings, job satisfaction sub-bout averages and total score did not show significant differences according to gender, marital status, place of duty and graduation status differences, and significant differences were determined according to age, education status and service year changes. Lifelong learning sub-dimensional averages and total score did not show significant differences according to gender, age, marital status, education status, place of duty and graduation status changes, and significant difference was determined according to the service year variable. A positive and meaningful relationship at the low level has been determined between the total score of work satisfaction and the total score of life-length learning. In line with these results, it can be said that as internal satisfaction increases, openness to development and willingness to learn will increase.
