Abstract (EN)

This study, known as Kutubu Sitte; Sahihs of Bukhari and Muslim, Tirmizî, Ebû Dâvûd, Nesâî and İbn Mâce within the framework, the narrations related to the imam-hatip and muezzin-qayyim professions, which are religious services, are the subject. The study; It consists of two parts. In the first part; In the context of the conceptual framework, the terms imam, hatip, preacher, sermon, muezzin, qayyim, adhan, mosque, mihrap and minber are discussed. In the second part; Hadith narrations related to Imam-hatip and muezzin qayyim were examined. This section was created in two parts. In the first part, with imam-hatip; In the second part, the narrations related to muezzin-qayyim were discussed. In the context of the subject, the importance of these professions in general, the first persons who did these professions, the narrations that are related to these professions and which are directly related to today are discussed. With this work; It is revealed that these professions, which are religious services, have a wide field in hadith literature. The historical course of these two institutions was discussed within the framework of hadith narrations; The vision and mission of an effective religious official has been tried to be determined. As a result of evaluating the narratives about the subject, it is aimed to guide especially the religious officials working in this field.
