Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to examine the impact of the Corporate Internal Communication Digital Training Module, developed using the Hannafin & Peck instructional design model, on the attitudes towards remote learning and self-regulated online learning skills of organizational staff. The research utilized the Solomon four-group design, which is a quantitative research method. The study group consisted of 145 personnel from different departments of a private university located in Ataşehir district of Istanbul, Turkey. The research included two experimental and two control groups. In order to collect data, the "Attitude towards Remote Learning in Lifelong Learning Scale" and the "Self-Regulated Online Learning Scale" were administered. The findings indicated that the Corporate Internal Communication Digital Training Module had a statistically significant positive effect on the attitudes towards remote learning and self-regulated online learning skills of the experimental group employees. At the end of the study, recommendations for future research have been provided.
