Life quality who is working as a health care staff in hemodialysis (Example from Muğla province)

The aim of the study health unit featured in the hemodialysis unit staff to examine the part of the employee quality of life. For this purpose, structured in three sections, given the basic definitions and information in the first section, health and quality of life in the second part examined the factors affecting it, and the third part of Muğla hemodialysis health workers 'quality of life survey' results are discussed. This work has benefited from the technical literature. Are studied, especially in terms of health workers working, professional knowledge, experience and observation is also often given. Muğla province and district, hemodialysis service providers in the private and public centers, the quality of life of hemodialysis health workers Short Form-36 (SF-36) obtained by applying the survey results are evaluated. In this study; employees of the parameters that affect the private life of, the physical characteristics of employees, such as sociodemographic characteristics, an important issue with work experience, especially for health care workers (dialysis working hours, have the certificate) in contrast to expect the organizations they work issues and employees are found to affect the quality of life. The basis for this; in general, the dialysis patient population due to the continuous provision of similar services consist of the same patient and to be fixed by the supervisory boards of the general standard of these services.
