Purpose of personal information form and Spector (Job Satisfaction Survey -JSS), job satisfaction questionnaire consisting of scales between 206 nurses working in Pamukkale University has been applied. Survey data obtained from the SPSS 21.0 statistical software package has been solved through. The average standard deviation of the data analysis, and so in addition to frequency analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis has been utilized. Of the research; A moderate level of job satisfaction of nurses jobs, the highest satisfaction from the size of internal communication, they provide the lowest satisfaction was determined from the size of the fee. Nurse demographic characteristics of gender, age and where they work in time according to job satisfaction in the variances is not, marital status, professional experience and work according to their job satisfaction differentials in the conclusion that was reached.
