Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to measure the level of organizational citizenship of nurses working in public hospitals in Istanbul according to the personal and professional characteristics which was analyzed to determine whether they differ in size and took organizational citizenship behavior.The results were obtained from the research was interpreted and some suggestions were made on nurses organizational citizenship behavior.
