Abstract (EN)
Today, the service sector is diversified and the healthcare sector is indispensable and even essential. For this reason, the provision of health care services has a very comprehensive, dynamic and error-free structure. The feedback of the service offered is very problematic that self-sacrificing work by healthcare professionals who continue such a problematic profession will always reassure them. Satisfaction and satisfaction of healthcare personnel is very important in the face of these expectancies and sometimes it can be missed. Physical fatigue, boredom, burnout and sickness table are very common in health personnel as it is a sector which provides 24 hour uninterrupted service and provides services outside normal working hours. The work environment, communication with colleagues, dialogue with the managers, and personal viewpoint are very important to prevent all these taboos and to increase the morale, motivation and productivity of the health worker.because it concerns human health and diseases in the structure.
