The science of jurisprudence has a place and a high degree among all Islamic sciences, and it is considered one of the most important and strongest pillars and foundations that contains all sciences. so jurisprudence is an important basis in explaining and understanding the meanings of the Book of God Almighty, the Sunnah of His Messenger and the sayings of the jurists of the Companions, and standing in terms of what God wants, as far as human ability; It is important to take care of jurisprudence by scholars who have knowledge, wisdom and to devise jurisprudential issues, because the science of jurisprudence is for the sake of the sciences and the most honorable of them is a beacon of honor and glory. And after God Almighty gave me success, I was able to produce this valuable book, which is a very important footnote from the important footnotes on explaining the methodology after it was a manuscript on the shelves of libraries. And after the study recommended the importance of excavating the manuscripts and clearing the dust from their pages with white hands, determination and minds represented by those investigators who carried on their shoulders this great responsibility in conveying this trust in the most complete and optimal way as they could, the science of investigation is one of the sciences that we as Muslims must take great care of it, and that Islamic libraries need to highlight the knowledge of the advanced scholars in our Islamic world, which did not appear from their books, and this message was divided into two parts: The first section: the study section: This section was divided into two chapters, and the first chapter dealt with the life of the authors (Matan and commentary), and in the second chapter, the definition of the book and the author's approach. The second section: the book verification section: In it is the copy of the book and its verification, with proof of the differences between the two versions of addition or omission.
