Abstract (EN)

Kharijis, the first sect to exist in İslam and İbâdûyya breaking away from Kharidjishave became the first representatives of lots of views dealt with in the history of İslamicsects. İbâdûyya is similar to the Sunni about some points while it is familiar with theMut?azila about other points in terms of İslamic theology. İbâdûyyas accept the Qur?an,the Sunna, the ldjma and Analogy as a source of Islamic law in terms of method. Theyalso used the things Djumhur used as guide in addition to theese four main guides.Djabir b. Zayd, the first imam of sect, considered the interpretation importantly. Theydeveloped their sects by using interpretation method. We see that they have some ideasDjumhur does not have in terms of fiqh.Key Words: İbâdûyya, Islamic jurisprudence, source of Islamic law, interpretation, fiqh.
