The achievement of the manuscript İbn Hijr Al Haytamy's book "Al Eilam bi Kawatei Al İslam"

Judging someone as unbeliever is an alienation and exclusion mean which takes the believer out of Islam circle. This decision which has results in this and after lives is so critical provision. As for the person who was judged as unbeliever can not profit from Muslims rights in this world. In addition to this, there is a painful eternal destination waiting this person in the hell in after life. So we should be taken into consideration that judging people as unbelievers shouldn't done according to people's personal initiations. The concept of our research aims to emphasis that this provision is not such a normal one. The contents of this research consist of the basis structure of the term ' judging unbeliever. Thus'takfir /judging unbeliever' has become a mean of alienation in disputes among Muslims.Through history Alkhawarej groups is an example of this while nowadays Isis and its actions has become an example of takfir'. For these reasons, the concept 'judging others as unbelievers / takfir' should be studied carefully in Islam. In fact, there are lots of writings about this in our scientific tradition. For example, "Ibn Hijr Al Haytamy's book 'Al Eila m Bi Kawatei Al Islam' is one of them. Our work also is concerned with a copy of this book that is found in Saud King Library. Ibn Hijr has witnessed both the Ottoman domınance and The Shia Sawafı polıtıcal attacks. It is obvious that this work has written in the period of the Shia – Sunni conflict and which cleared the belief range in Islam. Nowadays it is very important to reveal the wrong actıon of the people who judge others as unbelıevers. The Muftis and the judges about that they shouldn't judge others as unbelievers easily, and he showed his point of view by saying that ' it is better to declare a person as believer by mistake than to judge him as unbeliever.
