Translation and evaluation of the work of Ibn Havkal called Sûretü'l - Ard

In this study, which is the translation of İbn Havkal's work titled Suretü'l Ard as it is one of the geography sources of the Medieval history, the life of the author and the work itself are mentioned in the first part after explaining the importance of this translation and its benefits to the geographers of the Medieval history and other disciplines concerning this topic. In the second part, the translation of the work and the methods made use of in this process are given with the evaluations. Also, the translation of the work is done in the third part.
