Verification of opinions attributed to Imam Shafiî in al-Mughni of Ibn Qudamah (worship Ji̇had and Ji̇zya)

In this study, the Investigation of the Views Related to Imam Shafii in Ibn Qudamah's Work al-Mughni (Jihad And Jizya Section), it is aimed to investigate whether the views related to Imam Shafii in Ibn Qudamah's work al-Mughni are correct. Our study made up of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. In the introduction section, the subject, importance, purpose and method of the thesis and the sources used in the research are mentioned. In the first chapter, we discussed Ibn Qudamah's life, scientific personality and position in the Hanbali sect, his works and his work al-Mughni in detail. In the second part, we have tried to identify the views related to Imam Shafii in the Jihad and Jizya section of our work and investigate its accuracy from the reliable sources of the Shafii sect. In the conclusion, we presented the information we obtained as a result of our research to the readers
