The police forces that serve internal security, faced by communication barriers based on cultural differences

İn this study, it is primarily aimed to reveal the relation between culture, communication and security and the affect of culture and cultural differences to interior security services. Culture, as it effect society and individuals of society also has a big influence on cultures' security enforcements. Studies about culture indicate that cultural values show differences from society to society Various knowledge, believes, values and attitudes that cultures have as they reflect to thought on individual context, olsa effect system, processes and approaches at organizatiol level. As a result of this, as personel beheviours, ideas, thoughts and perspective s shoe differences from cuşture the culture, system, process and approaches likewise show differences at organizational level. İn this study, it is also aimed to determine the effect of individual behaviours from various cultural environments to security services and to determine which cultural codes of the society are the source of these differences. İn addition, as it is emphasized at the title whichis going to be the subject of this thesis, it is going to be discussed how the staff which serves in police and gendermarie departments to provide public order and security should behave while on duty in various geographies, different sociocultural structure;regarding to behaviours, habits and rituals from different cultural codes which are owned by the citizens they serve. Besides it is going to be studied which communication barriers should require caution by security forces while on duty and how they could approach these barriers which are caused by the culture of society on a culture, communication and public relations basis.
