Abstract (EN)
People can come against to desicion making situations at every stage of their lives. At desicion making periods, they may not take the right desicion when sometimes they don' t have proper knowledge or sometimes they don' t have the knowledge. Rationality and homo economicus, the basic hypothesis of economy have been concluded not to be valid in daily life situations by experiments and deservations done. Human's being a unique creature has caused to get out of predictable situations when it has to make desicions about constant changing conditions. In the study it has been focused that individuals, by violating the economy' s rationality principle, always don' t take the right desicion but under the decicent knowledge and restricted time conditions they would take the most satisfying decisions.
