Abstract (EN)
Almighty Allah addresses human beings in two realms. One is through "cosmic adressing"; the other one is through "adressing by kalam". Each of these two forms of addressing is a collection of meaningful symbols, each of which faces the other. In other words, the Qur'an is a conclusive nature; and nature is a detailed Qur'an. Apart from people commanded by divine decree, angels, jinns, animals, living and non-living things such as the air and the sky, all living and non-living things are concerned. Since the divine decree corresponds to the metaphysical realm and is thus unreachable, no one can get the slightest notion of the true nature of Allah. However, verses and authentic hadiths can be used in this respect. Again, it is of great importance to analyze how this truth and content are handled by the observers, and to analyze in the light of the revelations and the authentic narrations. The choice of our subject is for this purpose an analysis of the works written in the classical and new period on the Divine Decree which were taken as basis and the construction of our thesis which was constituted within the framework of the information they presented. The source of the divine address is "Levh-i Mahfûz", which is closed to the access of the devil and evil elements and is a treasure of the Divine knowledge. This address was reported from the "Levh-i Mahfuz" to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) through a special process like "inzâl-tenzîl". In other Divine addresses only the meaning belongs to God; In the Qur'an, both expression and meaning belong to Allah. Divine address has some similarities with phenomena such as inspiration, spirit and dream. The divine address, while remaining constant in matters of faith, has brought innovations in regard to legislative by considering the the change and development of societies as well as the customs and traditions and perceptions of the society, and it became dynamic as the society was dynamic. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the differences in the Divine address, taking into consideration the changes, developments and needs in the society. Again in regard to the realization of the Divine address, the communication problem stemming from the difference of existence between the orator and the interlocutor was made possible by means of "ambassador", "kalam" and "Arabic Language". The end of the divine decree means the disappearance of "masiva". Indeed, although the stage of decreeing of Allah Almighty concerning the law-making of the prophets was finished for all times; all other varieties of divine decree continue. In the same way, Almighty Allah continues to address and speak to us with the Qur'an. Because we can state that the Qur'an is always living, up-to-date and endless, always new, ready to be explained, deep and open-ended book that has the potential of uninterrupted appeal and communication.
