First and second stages of primary school teachers for an evaluation on job satisfaction

This investigation has been made due to determine the relation between the teacher?s work satisfaction and their gender, age, marital status, academic level, education level, graduated school, primary school grade, position, changes of school possibilities.The scope of this investigation is composed from 217 Teacher who were responsible in Offical Primary Schools in Sultanbeyli Town during 2008/2009 academic year.During the preparation of this investigation, Personal Information Form with 9 Item and Minnesota Work Satisfaction Scale with 20 Item, has been used, Data results of this investigation has been evaluated by Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis Test.In consequence of this investigation below result is occurred, There is a significantly relation between the teachers work satisfaction and their gender, age, academic level and the social-economic changes of school.
