Competencies of primary school principals in performing the human resource management

This research aims to be determined primary school manager?s managerial competencies of human resource management.Scanning method is used in this research.The universe of this research is the teachers who working at formal primary schools in Pendik in İstanbul.Datums are acquired by questionannaire on teachers.We try to determine from questionnaire primary school managers managerial competencies of human resource management.before we interpret on results of questionnaire all of concepts in this research are explained.(All kind of concepts are concerned abaout these concepts) This research includes all kind of concepts are concerned abaout human resource management , all theories and opinions are concerned about these concepts.Then we adapt human research management into the education organizations.The concepts an the opinions concerned abaout human resource management in schools are explained.This research includes which duties school managers can do abaout human resource management and the subject of functions human resource management.Teachers requirements are given in order to be directed effectively by school managers.The more requierements are given the more their productivities can be increased.İf they are happy in the school they work successfully.This increases students success.The managers of successful schools who can direct human resource management in the schools effectively are schools managers.The inputs were put in computers and statistic analyses were by Windows SPSS-13 proramme personal information of teachers at questionare were opened by frekans percetage.In input analysing ?Primary School Managers Human Resource Management Competenceies Degree ? teachers ideas average test was used for and compared for varyantanalysing some suq questions were made by diacussing outputs of that research.
