Abstract (EN)
The sample of teachers that make up the Personal Information form, consisting of 38 items to measure the levels of teachers' work, alienation, Elma (2003) "developed by the alienation of Primary School Teachers Recruitment Scale" consisting of 37 items and 4 subscales and statistically determined to be appropriate to implement a real'' Organizational Culture Scale'' courtesy of Yavuz Kara.
