An analysis of the relationship between elementary school teachers' organizational cynicism and thier job satisfaction

The main purpose of this thesis is organizational cynicism levels of primary school Teachers and İnspect for the variables examine to the the relationship between job satisfaction. The research based on Officer teachers at the public primary school?s in the Sanliurfa.The research sample consisted by 505 teachers who are working 25 primary school?s in the city center.The data obtained were developed to encompass the elements of organizational cynicism and job satisfaction which were collected from 36 point scale. The data obtained from this study, t-test, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and has been tested using one-way analysis of variance techniques.As a result of the analysis is organizational cynicism levels is affected to the job satisfaction in the primary school teachers. There are no significant differences in the organizational cynicism by the gender seniority cognitive and affective dimension,latest graduates schools,the number of the teachers affective and behavioral dimensions,tenure time,professional position,there are no significant differences were found according to the variables graduated from the faculty. Professional seniority of the behavioral dimension,the cognitive dimension in the number of teachers at the school,professional satisfaction and idea of the leaving from the working institution has been found significantly differences. Job satisfaction;Gender,the number of teachers at the school,duty term,variables on occupational position,there are no significant differences were found.Professional seniority,the latest graduated type of school, graduated faculty,satisfaction teaching profession,significant differences were found for the idea of separation of the variables worked institution. Teachers organizational cynicism level among the job satisfaction ,proved to be moderate level, a negative and significant relationship.Accordingly,İncreasing levels of organizational cynicism with the reduced job satisfaction or in other words ,increasing job satisfaction with the decreasing organizational cynicism level.
