The prediction capability of directors of primary schools on their organizational dependence and productivity of their situational leadership styles

In this research, the question of ``what is the prediction capability of primary schools? principles about their organizational dependence and productivity level of their leadership style??? has been examined. The area of the research, which has been designed in relational model, is the managers of primary schools officiating in the term of 2009-2010 in the schools in Anatolia field of Istanbul. In sampling of the research stratified sampling would be used and it?s composed of the volunteer directors who are determined randomly from every education region. Dates are obtained by three different scales. Scales developed by Hempfill and Cones have been used to find out the leadership behaviors of the directors. Scales has been adapted into Turkish by Çemberci lastly. It?s composed of two sub-dimensions as to set the constitution and to be tolerant. ``The level of organizational dependence ??has been developed by Demirkıran. Its aim is to find out the organizational dependence of the education staff and is composed of eighteen items of Likert-type-in-five. The productivity scale has been developed by Karahan. The scale, composing 10 items in Likert type-in-five, in which they explained their own levels of productivity, was applied to the directors. In the analysis of the dates obtained/derived from the research average (X), Standard deviation (SD), independent-group t-test, Kruskal Wallis-H test, Mann Whitney-U test, Pearson?s correlation analysis of multiplication moments and analysis of linear regression have been used. According to the dates derived from the research, one can say that the total leadership of the directors effects the constitution set, tolerance and the level of the productivity level and that the most effect on the constitution setting and tolerance as well.Keywords: Situational leadership, Organizational dependence, productivity
