Intramural factors decreasing the performance of the primary-secondary school principals

The aim of this survey is to assert what the intramural factors that decrease the performance of the primary ? secondary school principals are. The survey consists of five parts; introduction, theoretical framework, method, findings and result, discussion and suggestions.Public and private primary schools with public and private secondary school?s headmaster and head assistant and vice-principals working in these schools located in the city İstanbul, the district Kadıköy, Ataşehir and Maltepe in the academic year 2012-2013, constitute the population of which the survey method used.While the data were being evaluated; the parametric analysis techniques, non-parametric techniques, free group t-test, one way analysis of variance (Anova), the test post-hoc Scheffe was used and significance level was taken as 0,05.The results, attained by a survey, were analyzed whether the factors that decreased the performance of school principals took part in the survey or not according to the demographic variations.
