Abstract (EN)
In the introduction, I stated the reason for choosing the subject, its purpose, the method used in writing the thesis and the plan I will use. Chapter One: Imam Al-Mahamali's biography, his scientific life and his Fiqh and Akaidi sect has been specified. The researcher gave a general point of view of the Nevevi's life and introduced the Al-Majmoo' book. Part Two: I state Imam Al-Mahamali' point of view on Sales and Financial processes, I prepared three preparatory trainings, requests are available under each research Part Three: I state Imam al-Mahamali' Marital Status, two research has been prepared.
