This thesis dealt with the lives of two scholars of Islam, Imam Malik and Imam AlSarakhsi, may God have mercy on them, and the dispute between them in the book Al-Mabsout of Imam Al-Sarakhsi. As for the second chapter, it included the disagreement between the two imams in the Book of Marriage, and the jurisprudential violations that occurred between them, and there were twelve issues. Among the most prominent of these issues were marriage without a guardian, the rule of polygamy for a slave, the rule of a slave's marriage without the permission of his master, the marriage of a young girl, and the marriage of a dhimmi to a Muslim. As for the third chapter, it included the disagreement between the two imams in the book of divorce, and there were ten issues, and the most prominent of these issues are the divorce of the patient, the ruling on pleasure for the divorced woman, the testimony of taking back when divorced, and the ruling on the number of the nation in months.
