Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to know the degree of influence of the ethical work climate (Egoism Climate, Benevolence Climate, and Principal Climate) on the Management of Organizational Conflict (Avoiding Strategy, Smoothing strategy, Compromising Strategy, Dominance Strategy, and Confronting Strategy). Accordingly, the researcher used hypotheses to evaluate a correlation that explores the relationship between the variables of the study, the impact of ethical work climates on the management of the organizational conflict and its dimensions, and the differences in the variable of the study according to the demographic characteristics of the respondent. The questionnaire was distributed to (108) academic management leaders, and (97) completed questionnaires were received for the analysis, which constituted the present study sample with a percentage of (89.8%) from the population study. After analysing the data to answer the research sample, and hypothesis testing using a number of methods and statistical tools of Downtown arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation, and regression was verified by the premise of research, has been a set of recommendations that focus essentially on the need to focus on ethical climate and consolidate apolitical as a foundation for the survival of the organization and success.
