Abstract (EN)
In this study, some free radical metabolising enzme such as SOD, CAT and GST activities were measured from 54 patients with IVF in follicule fluids classiffed as poor, normo and high responder, respectively. In addition, xanthine oxidase enzyme activities which is one of most important free radical producing enzyme and malondialdehyde levels by reflecting lipid peroxidation in the follicle fluids were investigated. Our result showed that CAT activities in the high responder group were reached top levels compared to poor and normo responder groups. We coudn?t find no meaningfull differeces between poor and normo responder groups. We also found that highest SOD activity in the normo group compare with the others.GST activities in the high responder group were significantly elevated compared to poor and normo group. On the countrary, highest level of GST, XO enzyme activities and MDA levels were found in the poor responder group compared with high and normo responder groups. It has been suggested that decresed antioxidant ezyme activities could give rise to increase free radicals in the poor responder group. This interaction can be responsible for harmful effects on viability of cells. This wiev was supported by inreased MDA level in poor responder group. Our result pointed out that increased antioxidant enzyme activities could be protect the cells from deletorious effects of free radicals in the normo and high responder group,
