Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of NPK application made at different rates after incubation of compost and worm compost at different times on the growth and mineral nutrition of wheat plants were investigated. The research was carried out in two stages. The first stage is the incubation stage. After mixing vermicompost and compost at 0 and 1.5 tons per decare, incubation was applied for 0 and 120 days. In the second stage, plants were grown. After the incubation, wheat was planted in the pots of each group by applying 3 different NPK applications: control (–NPK), full dose NPK (300, 200 and 200 ppm) and half dose NPK (150, 100 and 100 ppm). At the end of the three-month development period, the plants were harvested and prepared for the necessary measurements and analysis. When the data of some properties of the soils were examined after incubation, it was observed that organic matter sources, doses and incubation times did not have any effect on the pH and EC values of the soils, whereas the amount of soil organic matter increased with the applied dose. After incubation, the K and Mg concentrations of the soils were not affected by the applications. While the available P, Zn and Cu concentrations in the soil increased with the application of organic matter, the applications on other nutrients showed different effects. Nutrient concentrations and incubation times of the wheat plant were found to be ineffective in other nutrients except Ca and insignificant in the dry weight of the plant. NPK full dose application gave higher results than half and (-NPK) applications. It has been determined that compost application at increasing doses causes an increase in plant nutrient concentrations in soils, except Mg. The effect of the applications on the plant nutrient intake was determined to increase the intake of P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn as the doses of NPK and organic matter increased. In the intake of N, Cu, Fe elements, the increase in the organic matter dose did not cause any change, except for NPK applications. No effect of incubation period on nutrient intake was observed.
