Abstract (EN)
Human resources management plays important roles in carrying out business activities efficiently and effectively and is one of the most indispensable costs factors. Therefore, the need to manage and plan human resources, which is very important for businesses, has emerged. Human resource needs to be measured and expressed numerically in order to meet this need in the light of the data and correctly. Measurement and numerical expression of human resources are possible with human resources accounting. Human resources accounting undertakes some functions of determining and measuring human resource information and transfers the obtained data to business users. On the other hand, it also includes evaluating the cost of investment in people, the cost of staff replacement and the value of human for the organization. This study aims to examine the costs that arise within the scope of the human resources replacement cost model in an enterprise producing plastic equipment operating in the Çukurova Region. Accordingly, an in-depth analysis was carried out at the enterprise using the "Case Study" method. The data released by the enterprise were obtained and the analysis of these data was carried out.
