Abstract (EN)
In the light of recent developments in the use of photogrammetric methods, breakthroughs have been made in many fields such as construction, mining surveys, agricultural surveys, changes in land structures, predictability measurements related to natural disasters, monitoring and detection of structural deformations. Following the development of mainly digital camera systems, the development of devices used for aerial photogrammetry has also accelerated. With the integration of high resolution and multispectral camera systems into aerial photogrammetry devices, the aforementioned sectors have gained significant momentum. Mathematical modelling with the internal orientation parameters of the developing camera systems increases the accuracy values in the measurement and evaluation phase. Deformation studies are carried out using digital and thermal cameras. Terrestrial photogrammetry technique or aerial photogrammetry technique is used in these studies. Aerial photogrammetry technique is used as autonomous or semi-autonomous systems. Digital and thermal cameras and Lidar device can be integrated on the system used. Following the technological developments, UAV photogrammetry and its application areas are developing rapidly. The aim of this thesis is to observe the positive and negative results that may arise in building deformation measurements following the development of aerial photogrammetry methods and the development of measuring instruments used while applying these methods. For this purpose, the coordinates of the sharp corner points of the buildings in the selected area in 3 dimensions were determined by reading them on the evaluation programme. These coordinate values over the years were compared with each other and an evaluation data was obtained. Keywords: 3D Cadastre, Building, Cadastre, GIS, Property Ownership
