The rapid development of intelligent and portable devices used in the current age, generally regarded as digital or İnteractive design today, is one of the important issues. However, the issue that should be emphasized more is the importance to make the user interface with the designs through these devices or environments, which are İnteractive by the support of multimedia. Regardless of how small the size of intelligent portable devices is compared to computer screens, interactive design rules stil apply to it. With user experience design in İnteractive design, it is an important component and designers have focused on creating remarkable web or mobile interfaces through logically thought actions. A successful interactive design uses principles, element, and technology to create the desired user experience. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to transfer these principles and elements to the applications in a well-known manner. This thesis is intended to inform people about the historical movements and trends of interactive graphic design principles and elements in research. That is to say, as a discipline, it is intended to bring its roots to light. For this purpose, TRT Child mobile application is limited. After the research, 3 different expert views were taken. These distinguished expert opinions have confirmed the reliability and validity with a prepared form. However, frequency and percentage distributions of the questionnaires are expressed in tables in line with the opinions of 10 experts. As a measure of the consistency between the opinions of 10 experts, it is seen that the correlation between the evaluation scores of the experts in the classroom correlation coefficients is 0.98, i.e. the reliability of the evaluation based on the opinions of 10 experts is very high at 0.98. This shows that the consistency between the opinions of the 10 experts on how appropriate TRT Child mobile application is according to the İnteractive graphic design principles and elements is very reliable. Within the results, it was determined that TRT Child mobile application was sufficient in line with the principles and elements examined but there were some shortcomings in terms of interactivity. The identified deficiencies were revealed in the research with the suggestions. In this page, principles and elements that can be basic in interactive graphic design applications are determined and made concrete through application.
