Abstract (EN)

This research was conducted as a descriptive study to evaluate the infertility, sexual and reproductive health literacy of female students studying at the university in Diyala, Iraq. It was conducted with 384 female students who were studying at Diyala State University in Diyala, Iraq, and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study between May 2022 and July 2022. Personal Information Form and Sexual and Reproductive Health Literacy Scale for Infertile Women were used to collect data in the study. In the analysis of data, in addition to descriptive statistics (number, percentage distributions, mean, standard deviation), Comparison of Sexual and Reproductive Health Literacy Scale Mean Scores for Infertile women according to sociodemographic characteristics was evaluated. one-way test of variance (One-Way ANOVA) to compare the difference between three or more means; Tukey HSD test was used in subgroup analysis. The findings were evaluated at the 95% confidence interval and at the 5% significance level. 50% of the students participating in the research are between the ages of 21-23, 73.4% are single, 79.2% are not working, 65.4% are equal to their income, 66.7% are 1- It was determined that he had between 5 siblings and 47.2% of them lived in a village/town. It was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the mean scores of the sexual and reproductive health literacy scales for infertile women according to age, marital status and place of residence of the female students participating in the study (p<0.05). It has been determined that the mean score of sexual and reproductive health literacy scale for female students aged 24 and over is higher than those aged between 18-20 and 21-23, married students are single students, and students living in a province are higher than students living in villages/towns and infertile women
