Job satisfaction and health workers (Mani̇sa Mental Health and Hospital employees case)

This research was done in Manisa under the Ministry of Mental and Manisa Neurological Diseases Hospital's (MRSH) employee health workers in order to determine their job satisfaction and with their authorization during the Augustto the October of 2013 and it counted over 178 health workers. A logic statistical difference between resignations of will and age, sex, marital status and profession has been found. As a result, the highest perception of job satisfaction was observed in doctors working at hospitals. Within the direction of the results, the suggestions were made to develop the business satisfaction of the nurses and their perceptions of organizational culture.
