Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the risks that employees may be exposed to depending on physical risk factors in a clothing enterprise were evaluated with FMEA and Fuzzy FMEA risk assessment methods. In addition, the efficiency and adequacy of the methods were investigated by comparing the results obtained with FMEA and Fuzzy FMEA methods. While measuring physical risk factors in the enterprise, methods and values in national and international standards were used. For the modeling of the fuzzy FMEA method, "Fuzzy Logic Designer", an add-on to the MATLAB program, was used. It has been concluded that risks in the workplace can be evaluated more effectively and accurately by using the fuzzy FMEA method.
