The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment: A research in the center of banking operations of a public bank

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relations between employess? job satisfaction and organizational commitments. This study contains three parts. First part examine the term of job satisfaction and relations of job satisfaction about motivation, performance, productivity, effectiveness and job stress. Second part of the research examine the term of organizational commitment and added the factors which effect organizational commitment. Third part of the research after explained this research with teoric, an ampirical research was made for supported the subject.In the assessment of data that were obtained from this research, SPSS 15.0 package programme were used.
