Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment in the working life of employees. This study consists of five chapters. The first chapter contains an investigation on the concept of job satisfaction, dissatisfaction and the factors affecting the job satisfaction. The second chapter clarifies the organizational commitment, its levels and the factors affecting it. The third chapter presents an application of survey which has been applied on an employee working at a public calling centre. "Job Satisfaction Scale" and "Organizational Commitment Scale" have been used in the survey to measure the level of the job satisfaction and the level of organizational commitment, respectively. The "SPSS" program was used for the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the research. The results of the statistical analysis were explained in the fourth chapter and lastly the final chapter presents a broader evaluation of the research and suggestions.
