Mobile application to help hearing impaired individuals conversation

In recent years; with the rapid of developments of techonology, many smart devices have entered our lives. One of them is our mobile devices. Every single day, new applications for each different field are offered to users. However, it is noteworthy that the software developed for hearing impaired individuals is scarce, very similar to each other and that each feature is in different applications. In this thesis study, considering these main problems; a Flutter-based mobile application was developed for hearing impaired individuals. Through this application; it was possible for hearing impaired individual to communicate with the third person video calling via a mentor who knows sign language. Words that are used frequently during the day are listed and these can be transmitted via Text to Speech. And conversations received via Speech to Text will be transmitted to the hearing impaired individual in instant writing. In addition, using Tensorflow; it is possible to make sound analysis for low or mild hearing loss person.
