Order in Islamic law and the consequences of disobeying the order

In order for Muslims to live their lives on the right path, it is necessary for them to live according to the orders and prohibitions of Islam. Taking into account and fulfilling the commandments in Islam is important for Muslims both in this worldly life and in the hereafter. If they oppose the orders of Islam, they will be subjected to punishment in this world and the next. The issue of orders constitutes an important area in Islamic legal procedure. The procedures are required from taxpayers and are stated in the provisions. These provisions consist of orders and prohibitions. It is very important to understand the commandments in Islam and what they mean. As a matter of fact, Muslims are obliged to fulfill these orders. In the study titled "Order in Islamic Law and the consequences of disobeying the order", the main features of the order and the consequences of disobeying the order are discussed. In the first part of the study, subjects such as the definition and types of the order, the types of orders, the types of indications of the order, the meanings that the order indicates, the position of the order when it comes after the prohibition, the issue of whether the order indicates repetition or not, the execution of the order, whether the order fawri or terahi are examined. In the second part, it was tried to determine the scope of the opposition to the order, the degrees of opposition to the order, the opposition to the command of the servants due to the divine order, the worldly and hereafter punishment of the opposition to the order, the disappearance of the sanctions arising from the opposition to the order, and the consequences of disobeying the order in the context of worship. İn orders such as prayer, zakah, fasting, pilgrimage and sacrifice are violated, the fiqh, individual and social consequences of this have been tried to be determined.
