Abstract (EN)
Since it means an increase in profit after the activity of the entrepreneur, the source of this increase is important in terms of Islamic law. According to the Hanafi school, the source of profit is threefold: goods (capital), action (labor) and daman. The acceptance of these sources is disputed among the fuqaha. The main purpose of this study is to explain what the sources of profit are accepted by the sects and how these sources affect the acceptance, establishment and profit sharing of the contracting companies through particular examples. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter, the nature of profit is revealed and the concepts that will be frequently cited throughout the thesis are explained. In the second part, the provisions related to profit in the bey`,; contract and the issues related to the sources of profit in contracting companies are discussed.
