Personal legal arrangements in Islamic law and the analysis of the jurisprudence

When Islamic law is enterly thought, it is based on Qur'an and Sunnah, all puberties should have a sense of responsibility for orders and disorders of it on the same level, but Qur'an tells about some special applications which belong to prophet Muhammed are called "Hasaisün Nabî" These applications are worships for Prophet who is always in contact with Allah, in order to make looding heavy prophetic duties easy. They are also prohibitions that make him far away from ugly accusations at the point of ummah, as a model, and contain some mubahs that are necessary for spreading Islam. In addition, while prophet was fulfilling the task of prophetic, he did some special applications which are called "Kadâyâ'l-A'yân" he took into consideration the conditions and needs of community who is sent. When Sahâbi didn't find any signs about the events in Qur'an and Sunnah, they found solution about some earthly and afterlive issues dealing whit social and political circumstonces by using different aplications. We will try to talk about these special applications, whether they are valid for other communities or not according to opinions of fuqaha.
